Boundary Adjustment at 232 & 226 River Road which is under common ownership has proposed to remove 20,047 sq. ft from Lot 5 and transfer it to Lot 1, located in the Medium Density Residential Zoning District, parcel ID 2-004-010-003. Siegriest looks to downsize the current triplex rental on Lot 5 to a duplex. This application meeting is currently pending but looks to possibly go on July 13, 2023 Planning Commission agenda.

This application was heard by the Planning Commission on August 25, 2022 and continued to a future meeting pending discussion between staff and applicant.
